today was my starting day
week long fast
then restrictions through the next week
then 3 day diet
then the master cleanse
then restrictions
and then finishing it off with another week of fasting

i ran 3 miles tonight non-stop
after a good year long break of no exercise i think that's pretty good
going to go to the gym every night now after homework
